LinkStar Small Office / Business Plan – Horizon 1 @ 127 West

* ICT compression software available.  Additional per Month: $19.95
Optional ICT Acceleration software.  Web Acceleration or Network Acceleration  software technology which effectively speeds up data networks, particularly low bandwidth, high-latency, and/or problematic networks, (enables faster downloads or transmission of data such as files, documents, emails, pictures, and web pages.)
QoS for VOIP is available on 1 x 256 and higher speed plans.

LinkStar Super FAP Plan

Allow 48 hours when requesting a “Site ID” for a new account. Expedite fee: $150.00

Plans require an “active for 12 months” commitment. Early cancellation fee: $250.00

Sites may disable for up to 6 months. Disable fee: $99.00, Re-activation fee: $99.00       

Note: Re-activation fee will also be collected at time of disable.

Speed plan changes require 48 hour notice. Downgrade fee: $75.00

2 x 384 is the highest plan available outside the U.S.

Site cancellation requires 30 day notice.

LinkStar Enterprise Business Plan

** Plan activation fee: $99.00 **

** Optional: CIR for VOIP:  $88.00 per month **

CIR (Committed Information Rate) is dedicated Bandwidth which provides for a higher quality Voip performance. Although not “required to have Voip, this option will enhance the quality & consistency when multi-tasking with your service.

The Enterprise plans offer a much lower contention ratio than our standard small   office/business plans for those who require a higher and more consistent bandwidth for optimal data & Voip performance.

Allow 48 hours when requesting a Site ID. Expedite fee: $150.00 (up to 24 hours)

Plans must remain active for 12 consecutive months.

Sites cannot “disable” on the Enterprise plan. . Early cancellation fee: $300.00

LinkStar FAP Information:
(Note: “MB” amount referenced is based on a 2 x 384 (9 Gig) speed plan)
If you use 1% (90MB) of their monthly quota in one hour they will be restricted to 25% of their speed for the next hour.
If you do not exceed that in the next hour they will be restored to normal operation in the third hour.
If you use 10% (900MB) of their monthly total in 24 hours they will be restricted to 12% of their speed for the next 24 hours.
If you do not exceed that in the next 24 hours they will be restored to normal operations in the next 24 hours.
If you use 100% (9000MB) of their monthly total in a 28 day period (they use 28 days as a month) they will be restricted to 6% of their speed until their monthly total falls below 100%.
This is a rolling 28 day monthly total in which the Bandwidth usage for the first day of the 28 day cycle is removed when the new day (day 29) is added.
