Please make sure that the entries you have made are correct prior to submitting this form.  We will contact you to confirm the information and totals prior to billing / charging your card, etc. By submitting this form to Montana Satellite & Wireless, you agree to the following:

 

You wish to order the above selected system, installation and service options and agree to provide payment accordingly.

You understand that the system will be ordered when payments clear (Credit Card and Bank transfer is usually Next Day, while checks can take 5 - 7 days!)

You understand that if paying by Credit Card, we will add 1.5% of the total order amount to the order for processing!   (Example: $ 3000.00 = $ 45.00)

You are authorizing Montana Satellite & Wireless to place an order on your behalf (upon receipt of payment) for the above selected system.

You agree that there is a 20% restocking fee should you decide not to follow through with your installation / activation within 20 days of your order.

You understand that most orders take 7 - 10 days for delivery and we promise to deliver this system to you within 20 business days of your order, or you will be entitled to a full refund upon request.  You agree to the terms of the Linkstar Fair Access Policy and that those terms are subject to change without notice.

You understand that Montana Satellite & Wireless is the equipment and installation provider and is not responsible for the monthly service and monthly service rates.

You understand that Montana Satellite & Wireless provides a 3 year installation guarantee on the installation labor, satellite peaking and pointing, installation materials and supplies only!

You understand that Montana Satellite & Wireless does not offer equipment warranties or provide warranty repair / replacements after the first 30 days of service.

You understand that Montana Satellite & Wireless does not offer any service agreements are emergency service arrangements but will handle your needs as quickly as possible.

You understand that Montana Satellite & Wireless is not responsible for damage to the installation or equipment due to neglect or acts of Nature!
